As we expand we are seeking experienced Solution Architects to join our Talent Pool for future opportunities. This role is not for an immediate opening but allows us to quickly submit qualified candidates for upcoming projects.
Role Overview:
As a Solution Architect you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of comprehensive IT solutions that align with client business needs and technical requirements. Joining our talent pool ensures that you will be among the first considered for new projects with a oneweek turnaround for submission to client roles. We offer a transparent payment model with upfront rate agreements for each engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Design endtoend IT solutions that address business challenges and align with client objectives.
Evaluate and select appropriate technologies platforms and tools to meet project requirements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solution alignment and feasibility.
Create detailed architectural documentation including diagrams technical specifications and guidelines.
Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle from design to deployment.
Ensure solutions meet nonfunctional requirements including scalability performance and security.
Conduct technical risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend innovative approaches to clients.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
7 years of experience in IT solution architecture or similar roles.
Expertise in designing solutions across cloud platforms (AWS Azure Google Cloud) and onpremises environments.
Proficiency in architectural frameworks and methodologies such as TOGAF or Zachman.
Strong understanding of software development practices including Agile and DevOps methodologies.
Experience with tools like UML ArchiMate or similar modeling frameworks.
Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect or similar are highly desirable.
Exceptional problemsolving communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
