This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage information across multiple business ventures
- Create and maintain organizational systems for ideas documents and projects
- Assist in preparing content for social media blogs and online courses
- Support the setup and management of online communities (e.g. Mighty Networks)
- Handle administrative tasks such as email management and scheduling
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth information flow
- Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Scope:
- Manage and organize information for three distinct businesses
- Assist in the development and execution of a women s empowerment and entrepreneurship blog/course
- Support the growth of online communities and social media presence
- Coordinate with external team members for content creation and distribution
- Contribute to the operational efficiency of multiple business ventures
- Tuesday to Saturday 2pm to 10pm Mountain with a 30minute paid break
