Job Summary: Join a dynamic team as a Social Media Manager responsible for Phase 3 client accounts. As the key account manager youll play a crucial role in strategizing developing and executing innovative and strategic content across various channels. This position requires maintaining exceptional quality fostering growth and ensuring a positive client relationship. Your goal is to execute social media with utmost efficiency consistency and effectiveness while driving brand ROI.
Responsibilities:
Content Strategy and Execution:
- Plan develop and execute digital media content calendars and interest campaigns.
- Act as the primary point of contact and account manager for clients during quarterly strategic planning and monthly execution.
- Review project and client analytics regularly to identify optimization opportunities for content and budget.
Content Planning and Creation:
- Develop and execute social media content calendars and interest campaigns including daily community management.
- Create strategic and engaging content aligned with the company framework.
- Research trends and innovate content to lead in the industry.
Visual Content Management:
- Plan and coordinate monthly photoshoots Reels graphics and stories.
- Ensure consistent content layout on Instagram TikTok and Pinterest feeds adhering to brand standards.
- Collaborate with photographers and content creators to meet objectives and timelines.
Quality Assurance and Community Management:
- Confirm the client s voice in all content maintaining high standards of formatting and cohesion.
- Execute daily community management responding to messages comments and likes.
- Implement feedback promptly and ensure all content aligns with brand standards.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Regularly review analytics to optimize content and provide value.
- Generate and provide examples of ROI to clients on a monthly basis.
- Consolidate client analytics into reports and contribute to the sixmonth scope review reporting.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management with a focus on brand growth and ROI.
- Strong understanding of content planning execution and community management.
- Proficiency in utilizing tools like Agorapulse and Canva.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
- Uptodate knowledge of social media trends and insights.
- Collaborative mindset working closely with internal teams and external clients.
- Previous experience in quality assurance and attention to detail.
