FUNCTIONAL ANALYST FINANCE & RISK
Integrated in our Finance & Risk Value Chain you will reinforce the IT team to take part of the developments regarding the BIL s Finance and Risk application landscape.
Your mission
As a member of the IT Team you will understand and analyze the requirements and process from the business users from Risk and Finance teams. You will translate these requirements in functional and technical specifications detailing the designs configurations installations or updates needed.
Key accountabilities
Collect and understand the business requirements and translate those into functional requirements
Eliciting analyzing and documenting nonfunctional requirements user stories and acceptance criteria
Analyze interdependencies of functional and nonfunctional Requirements
Create source/target mappings
Create functional solution designs and gather the estimation costs
Create and support conceptual and logical data models
Collaborating with architects developers testers business analysts and product owners to ensure alignment with business objectives
Participating in Agile ceremonies such as PI sprint planning daily standups and retrospectives.
Understand the Enterprise Architecture methodology / concept
Ensure technical team have everything in their hands to succeed
Define acceptance criteria together with the business stakeholders
Support stakeholders during their testing phase and analyze the reported issues and identify bugs issues and change requests
Support and advise stakeholders in their data governance and management
Collaborate with stakeholders on business and technical side
Your skills:
At least 5 years of relevant experience in IT job & agile delivery expertise.
Experience with Data Modeling (Hopex is a great plus) & Data Warehousing
Experience with tools for requirements management such as JIRA Confluence or similar software
Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks particularly SAFe.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to understand complex business processes
Ability to communicate efficiently with technical and business stakeholders
Strong expertise in Functional Analysis and Requirement Engineering
Knowledge of testing methodology and tools
Fluent in written and spoken English and French. Any other language is an asset
Interested in Banking / Finance
Finance & Risk domain application knowledge is an asset : T24 OneSumx Moody s RCO and RAY
A good knowledge on IFRS Accounting Standards and AIRB approach are an asset
