This role requires to assess set up and lead the Finance HR and operational strategies ensuring sustainable growth and excellence in execution. The CFOO will be a key member of the executive team responsible for driving the financial health operational efficiency and human capital management of our business. This role requires a visionary leader who can balance strategic planning with handson execution ensuring scalable operations.
1. Financial Planning and Execution
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth profitability and cost optimization.
- Oversee budgeting forecasting and financial modelling to ensure sound decisionmaking.
- Manage relationships with outsourced financial service providers ensuring timely and accurate reporting compliance and audits.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks implementing robust internal controls and governance frameworks.
- Drive capital allocation decisions to support key business initiatives including working capital and investment management.
2. Operational Excellence
- Lead and optimize the endtoend operational processes including supply chain inventory management and customer fulfilment ensuring efficiency and scalability.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to establish SOPs for logistics procurement and quality control.
- Utilize data and technology to improve operational visibility efficiency and customer experience.
- Champion process improvement initiatives embracing automation and innovation to streamline operations.
3. Human Resources Leadership
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company s goals focusing on talent acquisition employee engagement and retention.
- Oversee and coordinate with outsourced HR service providers for payroll compliance and other operational HR needs.
- Foster a highperformance culture by implementing training and development programs and creating an inclusive workplace.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices while shaping a progressive HR policy framework.
4. Strategic Leadership
- Collaborate with the CEO and business leaders to align financial operational and HR strategies with the overall business vision.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the board and executive team to drive performance and scalability.
- Lead crossfunctional initiatives to achieve longterm business goals ensuring alignment and collaboration across departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field; professional qualification (e.g. CFA CPA ACCA MBA) would be a plus.
- Minimum 57 years of experience in finance operations or related fields.
- Strong understanding of financial modelling risk management and cash flow optimization in a directtoconsumer business model.
- Proven track record in financial planning cost management and operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with technology and tools for financial HR and operational management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work closely with crossfunctional teams and senior management.
- Ideally in a leadership role within a startup ecommerce or consumer goods environment.
