Responsibilities:
Provide firstline support for Microsoft Office 365 Dialpad and other business applications
Troubleshoot and resolve email collaboration tools and communication platform issues
Assist users with software installation configuration and updates
Create and update user manuals FAQs and other support documentation
Monitor the performance and availability of key systems and applications
Participate in team meetings and contribute to developing IT strategies and initiatives
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures concerning IT security and data protection
Requirements
Held senior positions such as Sr. IT Support Sr. Engineer Director or Vice President demonstrating a track record of strategic leadership and advanced problemsolving capabilities in technologydriven environments
Has an extensive experience in tackling complex technological challenges providing innovative solutions and driving technical excellence across the organization
Has a deep understanding of current and emerging technologies with the ability to lead and mentor technical teams shape technology strategy and contribute to the overall success of the company at a senior level
Bachelor s degree with a concentration in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support role with a focus on Microsoft Office 365 and communication platforms like Dialpad
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 including Outlook Teams SharePoint and OneDrive
Experience with Dialpad or similar communication platforms
Strong knowledge of Windows operation systems and familiarity with network troubleshooting and basic IT infrastructure
