Pay Rate and Benefits
- Weekly Pay: 575 600 net (based on a 40hour workweek).
- Accommodation: Private room provided and funded by the employer with shared access to facilities such as the kitchen and bathroom.
- Health Registration: Assistance provided for registration with the local health department.

Role Overview
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing surfaces and materials for painting or decorating.
- Selecting the appropriate tools and equipment for each task.
- Applying paint or wallpaper in line with client specifications.
- Adding finishing touches where required.
- Ensuring the workspace and tools are cleaned after use.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of four years recent professional experience in painting and decorating.
- Access to reliable transport.
- Proficiency in English or Dutch at an intermediate level.
