Your area of work:
We are looking for a Test Engineer to join our IT development center in Luxembourg and help us to support functional and technical tests (from Integration Test to the Implementation in Production) of our Post Trade systems hosted Onpremises and in Cloud.
Ensure that any new application or amendments to existing applications will undergo the needed testing to prove its readiness for production services.
You will work as a Tester in an international team (Praque / Luxemburg) which allow for integration of functional and technical improvements in a fastchanging environment. You will acquire insights into financial market products and processes.
Your responsibilities:
Responsibility for application and infrastructure deployment
Process and Monitor Clearstream Business Day in Test Environments
Run test suite problem analysis and defect verifications
Participate on implementation of automated tests and execution of automated test cases (regression test portfolio)
Be part of agile delivery model with continuous testing approaches
Reporting to other members of the team
Identify process improvements tasks automation testing tools development
Support development and business in issues investigation
Your profile:
Handson experience with manual testing
Willingness to learn test automation
Familiarity in test best practices and testing tools
Practical experience with functional and regression testing
Practical experience with SQL Oracle databases
Knowledge of Unix/Linux operating system (user level)
Openminded with strong analytical problemsolving skills
Ability to work in a crosslocation international team
Team player with good communication skills highly motivated and flexible
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Would be an advantage
Familiarity with development and scripting under Unix/Linux
Experience with test automation would be an advantage
Experience with Bash scripting
Experience with JIRA Git
Knowledge of JBOSS and/or Weblogic
Experience with OpenShift AWS Azure
Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodology / environment
