An amazing opportunity to work with a dynamic Australian Health & Fitness Company for an experienced vibrant and highly motivated Bookkeeper.
Reporting to the Director and working with direction from the team you will be a selfstarting highly organized and experienced Bookkeeper Virtual Assistant. Experience working within the fitness services industry would be advantageous.
Tasks would include but not limited to:
- Books for different businesses owned by the ClientInvoice Coding and approval
- Set up and management of Accounts payable system
- Payroll
- Stock take liaison (reconcile and track)
- BAS & Payg preparation
- Flexi Card tracking
- Work through Xero platform
Requirements
- Degree Holder ()
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Qualified Bookkeeper/Accountant ()
- Minimum of 23 years of experience
- Proven experience in Accounts Payable and General Ledger
- Proactive problem solver highly organized and processoriented
- Experience in the ff: Xero Microsoft Outlook Word and Excel PowerPoint
- Experience with an Australian/NZ client
- Basic knowledge of Payroll BAS and GST ()
- Experience in receivable processes
Benefits
1. Monthly Salary: Php 35000
2. Salary will be paid on a bimonthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
