Job Description for MIS Analyst
Role Overview
Do you thrive on solving business challenges improving processes and uncovering actionable insights At ELT we re seeking an MIS Analyst who excels at turning complex problems into efficient solutions and enjoys working in a dynamic Zohopowered ecosystem.
As the MIS Analyst you will drive ELTs data operations by creating managing and optimising reporting systems. Collaborating across departments you ll ensure seamless data analysis and reporting develop automated processes and provide insights to support strategic decisionmaking. Additionally you ll play a pivotal role in building and leading a highperforming MIS team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Process Automation & Reporting
Design and implement automated processes for generating MIS reports.
Create insightful timely and accurate reports including historical and comparative analyses.
Ensure a consistent schedule of reports daily weekly fortnightly and monthly tailored to business needs.
2. Data Management & Enrichment
Manage clean and enrich data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Lead datasing efforts from various sources handling both complex and simple data structures.
3. Zoho Ecosystem Expertise
Work within the Zoho ecosystem including Zoho CRM Analytics Books People Payroll Projects and Creator.
Quickly learn and adapt to Zoho tools to support crossdepartmental needs.
4. Team Building & Leadership
Build train and lead an MIS team to support growing organizational needs.
Define team roles and responsibilities to ensure smooth operations and collaboration.
5. Strategic Insights & Collaboration
Share actionable insights derived from data analysis to assist management in decisionmaking.
Act as a bridge between the founders/management and operational teams for datadriven discussions.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor s degree in MIS Data Analytics Business Administration or a related field.
46 years of experience in MIS data reporting and analytics roles.
Proficiency in the Zoho ecosystem or other ERP systems (with the ability to learn quickly).
Advanced skills in Excel data visualisation tools and process automation techniques.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a processimprovement mindset.
Leadership experience with a proven ability to build and manage teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

1-2 year of professional experience in WordPress website development Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP Proficiency in customizing and modifying WordPress themes and plugins Familiarity with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility Understanding of SEO principles and best practices Ability to work with design tools such as Photoshop or Sketch Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills Attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
