Doctors Without Borders/M decins Sans Fronti res (MSF) is an international independent medical humanitarian organization that provides lifesaving emergency relief and longer term medical care to some of the most vulnerable and excluded communities around the world. 1. JOB PURPOSE
The Digital Marketing & Content Strategist / Officer will be responsible for executing the strategy of maximize outreach & engagement from online channels to meet the objectives of Fundraising and Communications in accordance with MSF standards policies protocols and procedures.
2. RESPONSIBILITIES
Support Strategic Development
- Develops a complete understanding of MSF India s overall fundraising communication and recruitment strategies
- Advises upon and supports the development of digital marketing & content strategy to increase the community of supporters including acquiring new donors and engaging with current ones.
- Supports the development of the annual plan for FR communications
Digital Marketing
- Implement MSF India s digital communications strategy to increase leads from the channels.
- Manage paid search campaigns on multiple online platforms to drive traffic and maximize the number of leads Develops web advertising campaigns including paid search SEO and PPC to drive traffic on donation pages from initial brief through copy and design development to final delivery monitoring and optimization
- Manage email campaigns. This includes scheduling of activity targeting coordinating on content and selection of imagery and multimedia layout and design.
- Undertaking any other reasonable task that the Digital Manager sees fit for the smooth running of the team.
Content Generation
- Develop write and publish highquality engaging content for different digital channels and mediums tailored to FR target audiences and aligned with brand messaging and Fundraising goals.
- Implement SEM best practices in to improve visibility rankings and engagement.
- Create engaging ads for various social media platforms monitor trends and build community engagement and pipeline of donors.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar that aligns with overall marketing initiatives ensuring timely and consistent content delivery.
- Analyze content performance metrics and use insights to refine strategies. Regularly update and refresh content based on performance data to drive higher engagement and conversions.
Social Media for fundraising
- Daily monitoring of social media for digital marketing activities
- Contribute to the development of the MSF India social media strategy in collaboration with the other members of the Digital cell.
- Development of relationships with social media influencers .
- Coordinating with agencies/AV officers to develop digital creative
- Achieve the target set for Digital fundraising by keeping in check the overall CPL and CPA Measures analysing and reporting the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Advise on best tools and practices for metrics and analysis.
- Coordinating with fundraising to update records and produce required reports
- Ensure that all digital marketing activities comply with applicable (Indian) law at all times including compliance with data protection legislation
- Ensure that all communications are consistent with the MSF India profile and brand and that MSF India s name and logo rights are protected at all times

Financial Dimensions Manage the digital fundraising budget across all digital channels to maximize the number of leads/ROI

- Number of leads direct online donation through paid keywords/search campaigns social media and other online campaigns on monthly and ROI for each campaign
- Reach and impressions of content across all platforms such as social media website and email campaigns.
- Performance of email campaigns
- Maintaining KPI sheet & weekly/monthly reporting of the same
- Performance of new platforms/avenues explored for lead generation.
- Number of relevant website visits from paid activities
- Return on investment for overall digital fundraising monthly basis
- Budget spent against planned on digital fundraising

Requirements
Educational Qualifications & Functional / Technical Skills
- Graduate.
- A course / certificate on Digital Marketing will be a plus
Relevant Experience (Type of experience and minimum number of years)
- Minimum 35 years of working experience in Digital marketing Content generation and social media
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage inform and motivate
- Demonstrable experience developing and implementing SEO/SEM marketing database email social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Experience in setting up and optimizing online Ad campaigns and Facebook ads
- Solid understanding of performance marketing conversion and online customer acquisition

- Contract duration is of one year with a possibility of extension.

- Gross per month salary (before all the statutory deductions): INR 89529.00 to INR 94981.00 (non negotiable) (final salary will depend on the scaling of the CV as per MSF criteria)
- 13th Month bonus (equivalent to one month gross) will be additional.
