As a Remote Customer Service Representative you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding support to our guests. You will handle both inbound and outbound calls assisting customers with inquiries bookings and resolving issues all while delivering a positive and memorable experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Handle inbound calls from customers to answer inquiries and provide information about cruise packages itineraries and services.
Make outbound calls to follow up with customers regarding bookings promotions and feedback.
Assist customers with the booking process including making reservations and processing payments.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and improve operational efficiency.
Stay updated on cruise line policies procedures and promotions.
**Qualifications:**
Previous experience in customer service preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Strong problemsolving abilities and a customercentric approach.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Proficient in using computers and customer service software.
Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
