Admissions Discharges Acute and 30 Days Evaluations
EMR: Epic & Click care
Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements:
Active VT License
BC in FM GM or IM
BLS
MyMichigan - Midland is seeking 2 full time CRNAs! One to start in December 2024 and one to start January 2025! EMR: EPIC Number of OR Rooms: 12 Provider will be working with all ages.
