Our client is a leading financial service company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the full spectrum of Brand and Corporate Marketing activities focusing on developing and executing integrated marketing strategies to enhance the company s reputation and image both internally and externally. This includes managing branding marketing events activations and gifting programs at company locations and partner networks.
Ensure the company s brand and products are consistently represented across various media platforms including digital and social channels by managing all digital content advertising campaigns and visual assets related to the company s products and services.
Collaborate closely with product and customerfocused teams to coordinate marketing campaigns and initiatives aimed at promoting products/services driving sales and fostering customer loyalty.
Take the lead in planning executing and assessing the effectiveness of branding and marketing campaigns within your designated scope.
Provide leadership guidance and performance evaluations for team members in the Marketing department while optimizing workflows across the department and relevant business areas.
Offer strategic insights and operational support to enhance the overall performance of the marketing organization.
Develop and manage an informationgathering system for market analysis competitor intelligence customer feedback and internal performance ensuring these insights support effective marketing decisions.
Plan allocate and oversee the budget for marketing projects and initiatives ensuring alignment with the company s overarching business goals and marketing strategies.
Collaborate efficiently with other internal departments (including Communications Design and other Marketing divisions) to execute integrated marketing efforts under a unified "One Team One Dream" approach.
Carry out other tasks as assigned by senior management.
A Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field is required. A Master s degree is an advantage.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing roles ideally within industries such as Fintech Ecommerce or Appbased businesses.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong team management skills.
Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) with the ability to craft clear persuasive marketing content and effectively communicate with international stakeholders.
Strong project management capabilities and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic and fastpaced work environment.
A creative mindset capable of designing innovative marketing strategies and compelling content.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
An analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate data and extract actionable insights.
A keen interest in staying current with industry developments and emerging technologies.
A collaborative team player with the ability to work across different functions and departments.
