Experience & Skills Needed:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR recruitment or related areas.
- Familiarity with social platforms (Facebook Instagram LinkedIn).
- Strong communication skills with comfort using Zoom.
- Digital marketing experience is beneficial.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your skills and stay current.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans across various channels.
- Utilize social media for lead generation with support from our expert team.
- Conduct structured phone interviews (training and scripts provided).
- Schedule Q&A sessions and followup meetings with prospective candidates.
- Mentor and guide new clients as they start their journey offering advice and training.
