What You Will Do
Build and manage key relationships with toptier media to highlight Klarnas growth especially among corporate and investor targeting financial press.
Shape Klarnas reputation through proactive and reactive media strategies that align with our market success and US positioning.
Track market trends and competitor moves to create standout stories that set Klarna apart.
Partner with Investor Relations Finance Product and other stakeholders to deliver impactful narratives for the US audience.
Coach Klarnas Csuite for media and public appearances ensuring our leaders convey Klarnas vision and success.
Monitor coverage accuracy and work with journalists to correct any misperceptions.
Provide reputational guidance for emerging issues reinforcing Klarnas brand integrity.
Standardize communication processes for highquality consistent results.
Drive forward new ideas and initiatives that amplify Klarnas communications.
Who You Are
A communications pro (6 years) with experience in corporate and financial comms investor relations and a history of success in listed and/or highgrowth settings.
Skilled at managing Csuite interactions offering strategic insights that enhance Klarnas narrative.
Proactive newssavvy and quick to spot opportunities for impactful media engagement.
Detailoriented adaptable and resultsdriven in a fastpaced everevolving environment.
Ideally youve worked in a listed company and agency experience is a plus.

Klarnas Compensation model and Equity Offering
At Klarna our compensation package includes a base salary and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). To ensure fairness and maintain global market competitiveness each role in a specific location has a set base salary. During the recruitment process we will assess your skills and experience to determine which role is the best fit for you.
Our RSU program features a 4year vesting schedule allowing you to gradually become a shareholder in Klarna. Additionally you may qualify for our ContributionBased Reward (CBR) program which recognizes and rewards significant contributions to our success.
