About the Role

As a Design & Technology Teacher you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons: Deliver a comprehensive and engaging Design & Technology curriculum across Key Stages 3 and 4 aligned with the national curriculum and the schools educational aims.
• Create a dynamic learning environment: Foster a stimulating and interactive classroom where students are encouraged to participate collaborate and develop their creativity.
• Assess and support student progress: Monitor student progress provide constructive feedback and implement differentiated learning strategies to cater to diverse needs and abilities.
• Maintain a safe and organized learning space: Ensure a wellorganized and safe learning environment ensuring the proper use of tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with colleagues: Work collaboratively with colleagues within the department and across the school to enhance the Design & Technology curriculum and contribute to extracurricular activities.

• A Design & Technology enthusiast: You possess a deep passion for the subject and its realworld applications with a strong commitment to student success.
• An exceptional educator: You are an outstanding classroom practitioner with proven experience teaching Design & Technology at the secondary level (KS3KS4).
• A collaborative spirit: You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively both collaboratively and independently.
• A commitment to safety: You are committed to maintaining a safe and organized learning environment for students.
