About the role:
Qatar Airways are pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our Technical Engineering team as a Senior Process Development Analyst to be based in Doha Qatar on two years fixed contract.
As a Senior Process Development Analyst you will be responsible for identifying potential areas for process improvement design new processes and guide process changes and provide the required guidance for sustainable implementations in Technical.
Specific responsibilities for the role include:
- Lead and control the project implementations across Technical ensuring projects are completed as per the organization project guidelines.
- Develop and maximize the use of the MRO systems and proposes system enhancements in order to have the best system utilization.
- Measure process gaps define process improvements implement process changes and control that the changes meet the defined business results.
- Develop and execute system and dataoriented approaches in order to support datadriven objective business decisions. Develop the required system metrics in order to have standard objective measurements.

- Develop process measurement and automated KPI reporting by maintaining data accuracy in the MRO system.

Qualifications
About you
The successful candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:
- Relevant College or University qualification to minimum of Bachelors level and minimum of 3 years jobrelated experience.
- Experience in project management certification highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Aviation MRO Information Systems.
- Knowledge of Aviation MRO operations.
- Advance knowledge of MS Office (Excel) Power BI and MS Project. Must have a strong demonstrated commitment to customer service and be committed to proactive review of processes and procedures to continually enhance service quality service delivery and support.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical Qatar Airways Staff at all levels.
