EVENTS EXECUTIVE
The Ned Doha
Located in the former Ministry of Interior building The Ned Doha offers seven restaurants 90 bedrooms event venues and Neds Club a private members club that gives access to spaces including a rooftop terrace a health club with spa gym and 30m outdoor pool.
Job Purpose:
We are seeking for an Events Executive specialize in selling planning and organizing corporate events conferences and special occasions ensuring every detail is meticulously planned to exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Being able to handle independently events of different segments (social corporate and outside caterings)
- Preparing proposals contracts BEOs maintaining records and generating reports related to events.
- Handling any issues or challenges that arise before or during events such as lastminute changes technical difficulties or guest complaints.
- Sales and revenue generation by promoting event services negotiating contracts and maximizing revenues while meeting the needs of clients within budget constraints.
- Ensuring that guests attending events at the hotel have a positive experience by providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns promptly.
Qualifications & Competencies:
- Bachelors degree
- Proven experience (2 years) in Events Sales and Planning preferably in a corporate environment.
- Arabic speaker preferrably female
- Strong organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in event management software
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required.
