The Graphic Designer and Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating visually compelling designs for digital and print media and executing effective digital marketing campaigns. The role combines creativity with strategic marketing to enhance brand presence drive traffic and support ecommerce initiatives. The ideal candidate will also possess knowledge of ecommerce platforms such as Amazon and Alibaba and be able to support online purchasing processes.
Key Responsibilities:Graphic Design
- Develop creative designs for advertisements brochures social media posts email campaigns and other marketing materials.
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs adhering to company branding guidelines.
- Produce highquality visuals for digital platforms including website banners product images and video content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts.
Digital Marketing
- Plan execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads Facebook Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics and prepare reports on campaign success.
- Conduct market research to identify trends audience preferences and opportunities for engagement.
- Manage and grow the companys online presence through innovative social media strategies.
Ecommerce and Online Purchasing
- Use ecommerce platforms such as Amazon Alibaba and others to research and manage purchases of goods for the company.
- Collaborate with procurement and marketing teams to source quality products that align with company needs.
- Optimize product listings ensuring accurate and appealing descriptions images and metadata.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving the companys ecommerce strategies.
Other Responsibilities
- Stay updated with the latest design tools marketing trends and ecommerce innovations.
- Maintain organized digital asset libraries and ensure proper backup of design work.
- Support crossdepartmental projects as needed.
Educational and Professional Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors degree or diploma in Graphic Design Digital Marketing or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design and digital marketing with handson experience in ecommerce platforms like Amazon and Alibaba.
Skills:
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Google Ads SEO tools social media management tools).
- Familiarity with online purchasing and ecommerce workflows.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational analytical and project management skills.
