Tasks
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer inquiries effectively on the first contact.
- Respond to calls and emails regarding mobile/web applications accounts and general inquiries.
- Build strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain and update internal databases with accurate information from customer interactions.
- Represent the company in a positive professional manner while becoming an expert on its products.
Requirements
- EU passport holder
- Ideally already located in Athens.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Dutch and English (German is an asset).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer support or tech/software support.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
- Ability to identify and resolve technical problems efficiently.
- Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Team player with a selfmotivated and goaloriented attitude.
- Strong organizational skills capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.
