Job Description

Tasks

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer inquiries effectively on the first contact.
  • Respond to calls and emails regarding mobile/web applications accounts and general inquiries.
  • Build strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain and update internal databases with accurate information from customer interactions.
  • Represent the company in a positive professional manner while becoming an expert on its products.

Requirements

  • EU passport holder
  • Ideally already located in Athens.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Dutch and English (German is an asset).
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer support or tech/software support.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Ability to identify and resolve technical problems efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Team player with a selfmotivated and goaloriented attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Mindset: Positive dependable and respectful with a drive to achieve success.

  • Salary:gross per month with additional compensation for Sunday work.
  • 14month salary system plus a 5% annual income bonus.

  • Work Schedule: 40hour workweek with shifts between 9:0017:00 or 10:3018:30. Paid 30minute lunch break included.
