Were now looking for a talented Marketing Director to drive our growth strategy. In this role youll oversee budgets guide UA/ASO strategies and elevate our CRM team . If youre ready for the next step in your career wed love to welcome you aboard.
Your Mission
- Lead the growth marketing strategy for upcoming game launches aligning and guiding the UA CRM and LiveOps teams to ensure cohesive execution across all stages of the game lifecycle.
- Take a handson approach to optimizing UA CRM and LiveOps strategies driving performance and growth.
- Manage and motivate the marketing team ensuring alignment with the companys goals and maximizing results.
- Analyze and iterate on marketing strategies to drive innovative customerfocused tactics for continuous improvement.
- Monitor and manage the marketing budget tracking progress against targets and ensuring effective budget utilization.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices applying relevant insights to keep the teams efforts fresh and competitive.
Your Profile
- 4 years of marketing experience with at least 2 years in team management.
- Proven track record in leading and executing growth marketing strategies especially in UA CRM and LiveOps for mobile games.
- Strong handson approach with the ability to drive performance at all stages of the game lifecycle.
- Deep understanding of the mobile gaming industry with the ability to tailor strategies to business and product goals.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills using data to drive optimization of marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English written and verbal.
- A selfmotivated proactive leader who inspires and motivates teams to achieve impactful results.
- Able to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines.
