Customer Service:
- Greet Customers in a friendly manner upon arrival
- Use a consultative selling process to assist customers in planning for ongoing required maintenance of their vehicle
- Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty
Technical:
- Utilize smart devices at an advanced level to perform daily job tasks such as:
o parts ordering
o logging stories
o Documenting multipoint inspection details and recommendations
- Use smart applications efficiently to communicate internally and externally (Microsoft Teams Outlook etc.)
- Perform vehicle repairs within regular scope of work (excludes items such as steering rack fuel tank engine teardown)
- Diagnose and assess any circumstance and situation depending on scope of work either perform repair or sublet repair to partner shops
- Diagnose and repair vehicles to ensure customers can drive away feeling safe and at ease
- Work as part of a team to solve technical problems quickly and effectively
Operational Responsibilities:
- Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs
- Secure Parts as needed to complete scheduled and/or additional repairs
- Must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Performs other duties as requested by manager
YOU SHOULD HAVE:
Minimum of 3 years of recent professional automotive repair experience
ASE certifications and/or technical school are preferred
Knowledge in working and using repair shop software (AllData Mitchell 1 etc)
Valid drivers license (clean background)
A desire to provide an extraordinary customer experience
Speaking and writing in English is required Spanish is a plus
High school diploma or the equivalent

DOT Prerequisites: Employment will be contingent upon the successful completion of all prerequisites required by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) / Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations including a physical and medical certification.
