Job Description

Job Title: Licensing Coordinator
Location: New York NY
Job Type: Permanent FullTime
Salary: DOE

Role Description

Client is seeking a Licensing Coordinator to join our team in New York NY. This fulltime onsite position will manage licensing approvals communicate with licensors ensure brand compliance and provide outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills attention to detail and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities Brand Compliance & Asset Management:
  • Manage and monitor product submissions ensuring they align with brand guidelines and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the use of uptodate assets adhering to visual and legal requirements.
Data Management:
  • Maintain accurate records within licensing databases and reporting systems for easy accessibility and reliability.
Communication & Collaboration:
  • Serve as a liaison between licensors and internal teams fostering strong partnerships and ensuring seamless approvals.
  • Provide timely and effective communication across departments to facilitate smooth workflows.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field.
  • Experience: 12 years of experience in licensing brand management or a related role is preferred.
Skills:
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities with the ability to prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint). Experience with licensing software or databases is a plus.
  • Knowledge of intellectual property licensing agreements or contract management is preferred but not mandatory.
