Job Description
The position is for a SAP HR Payroll Functional Consultant based in Atlanta GA. The work model is hybrid.
The contract duration is for one year.
Applicants must be a U.S. citizen a Green Card holder or a holder of a H4EAD visa.
Only local candidates are preferred with proof of local address drivers license visa LinkedIn profile and last 4 digits of SSN required.
A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience is required.
Job qualifications include expertise in SAP HR Payroll functional configuration strong communication skills and solid knowledge of the US SAP Payroll function in SAP.
The role involves developing functional requirements conducting business process analyses facilitating the implementation and support of SAP modules designing configuring and testing various SAP Modules.
The consultant will also manage SAP implementations analyze current business processes and develop solutions carry out complex assignments maintain thorough knowledge of the organization and adhere to all organizational standards.
The role requires the individual to act as a liaison with clients for troubleshooting investigating analyzing and solving software problems mapping client business requirements processes and objectives and developing necessary product modifications to satisfy clients needs.
The consultant is expected to provide detailed knowledge of industry best practices and act as a leader providing functional expertise guidance presentation and instruction on SAP products to clients.
