Responsibilities
- Lead with accountability trust and innovation; foster a collaborative and inclusive culture.
- Manage talent practices including DEI performance and succession planning.
- Align HR strategies with business goals and provide expert guidance on policies.
- Coach and advise employees and leaders on staffing performance and development.
- Ensure compliance with laws standards and company policies (e.g. IATF ISO ISMS)
- Drive engagement and lead culture/process improvements.
- Oversee HR operations team leadership and budget management.
- Investigate and resolve employee relations and policy issues.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in HR Business or related field; HR certification preferred.
- 8 years HR experience in manufacturing; leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws; automotive experience a plus.
- Proven leadership decisionmaking and problemsolving skills.
- Advanced MS Office and HRIS expertise; SAP experience preferred.
- Excellent communication planning and analytical abilities
