Job Description
UX Designer Remote
We are seeking a highly skilled UX Designer who will play a pivotal role in creating intuitive highfidelity design toolkits. This involves translating conceptual ideas into userfriendly templates building smaller components (e.g. buttons cards) and assembling them into reusable larger templates. Additionally youll write comprehensive documentation on the use of design components including best practices dos and donts.
You will work closely with designers developers and project managers to ensure seamless implementation and optimal usability of design components.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine toolkits with reusable components and templates.
- Translate conceptual componentlevel ideas into highfidelity userfriendly designs.
- Write detailed documentation on the usage structure and constraints of design components.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address design needs and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Maintain design system integrity by adhering to established guidelines and avoiding design debt.
Qualifications:
- 57 years in UX/UI design or related field.
- Proficiency in software design and development.
- Expertise in UI development and datadriven design.
- Strong problemsolving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with the following:
- Componentlevel design best practices.
- Auto Layouts constraints and design documentation.
Must have skill:
- 5 years of experience writing clear and comprehensive documentation for design systems.
- 5 years of solid understanding and implementation of design systems.
- 3 years of expertlevel proficiency in Figma including advanced features like Auto Layout and Variable tier structures.
