Job Description
GENERAL MANAGER
JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for the daytoday management of the restaurant. The incumbent is responsible for growing sales achieving restaurant EBITDA meeting budget and creating a culture of accountability within the restaurant. Responsible for recruiting hiring training coaching and leading Managers and Team Members.
SALARY RANGE
$65000 up to $75000 plus Bonus / Benefits
REQUIREMENTS
- 3 years as a General Manager in a FullService restaurant w/ Bar (Casual Dining)
- Casual Dining/ FullService Restaurant w/ Bar & BOH management experience
- Current Restaurant Management role
