Job Description

About the job:

At Wello Solutions we are looking for a Sales Executive to boost our sales. Are you ready to conquer the world

Main responsibilities:

  • You will be trained as an expert in our leading SaaS software and field management processes in order to be able to sell our software to national and international customers
  • You are part of the international sales team
  • You analyze customer processes to align their needs with the possibilities of Wello Solutions.
  • You handle the leads and prospects generated by the marketing team
  • You give demos
  • You nurture the leads and convert them into real sales. You communicate with Wellos customers the marketing team and the technical & consultancy team and you provide online sales and online demos

Required skills and experience:


  • Bachelors or Masters degree in IT Engineering or a related field or equivalent
  • You are preferably familiar with sales and sales advice of ERP and FSM solutions and cloudbased service solutions
  • You are a good listener to understand and respond to customer needs
  • Ability to give online demos to potential customers to have the opportunity to close a deal when the right time comes (we dont use hard selling methods)
  • Strong analytical skills and an adviceoriented mentality
  • Independent and resultsoriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have 2 or 3 years of experience with SaaS software selling
  • We also accept candidates who have completed university with no experience! We offer first job experience and thorough training.

Language skills:

English and Dutch are required at a professional level or French and English at a professional level.

Place:
Brussels Belgium 200 meters from the train station Brussels South.

Worklife balance:

Initially 2 days from home to be extended after training. Most work is done online through teams.
