Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Manager to lead and manage sales efforts for Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) in the Prime Segment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the home loan and LAP products along with proven expertise in managing a sales team achieving targets and driving business growth in the prime customer segment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Target Achievement:
Drive and achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets for Home Loan and LAP products in the Prime Segment.
Ensure revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities expanding market presence and increasing product penetration.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for Home Loan and LAP products tailored to the Prime Segment customer base.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Customer Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers real estate developers financial consultants and referral sources.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement timely followups and resolving customer concerns.
Lead Generation and Conversion:
Oversee lead generation activities ensuring a consistent pipeline of highquality leads for the team.
Drive the conversion of prospects into customers by guiding the sales process from initial inquiry to loan closure.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure all sales processes and documentation adhere to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with the legal and operations teams to ensure smooth processing and disbursement of loans.
Reporting and Analytics:
Prepare regular sales reports analyze performance data and identify areas for improvement.
Present sales forecasts progress and results to senior management providing insights on market conditions and customer trends.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing Finance or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum 57 years of experience in sales with at least 3 years in a managerial role focused on Home Loan and LAP products.
Proven track record of sales achievement in the banking financial services or real estate sector especially in the Prime Segment.
Skills:
Strong understanding of home loan and LAP products including documentation eligibility and processing.
Ability to lead and motivate a sales team to exceed targets.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Customeroriented with a strong ability to build longlasting relationships.
Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office (Excel PowerPoint Word).
