Reporting: This position reports to Head Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
Creating and executing brand content & product strategy.
Working closely with cross functional teams to deliver effective
campaigns to deliver growth and share objectives.
Driving cross functional teams to deliver key product led
initiatives.
Develop and implement brand plans which deliver business objectives
through innovation media and activation
Play a leading role in all areas of ATL BTL TTL marketing
campaigns and activations targeted to consumers
Thoroughly plan and develop Brand strategies led by consumer insight
driven data
Strategize and chart out the path to grow the brands equity and
strengthen its image while growing its sales across all key
channels.
Ensure brand message is strong and consistent across all channels
and marketing efforts (like events email campaigns web pages and
promotional material)
Develop brand strategies for marketing communications through
various media such as digital social PR print electronic media
inStore campaigns.
Spearhead the loyalty programme/rewards programme for the brand.
Candidate profile:
The incumbent should have indepth knowledge of the Food & Beverage
Industry with good QSR and Retail experience
Should have worked with few international brands in his / her
current / past organizations
Has to have an MBA or Post Graduation in Marketing from a reputed
institution (Tier 2) and should have academically scored very well.
International Education or Work Experience would be an added
advantage
Very good communication skills and will need to work very closely
with multiple stakeholders
58 years of total experience in Brand Management roles with strong
consumer marketing fundamentals across online and offline channels
Experience in working on Brand P&L
Experience working in a reputed FMCG company and sound indepth
knowledge about the Food Industry
S/He should be a passionate Ambassador of the brand.
Loyalty Programme/rewards programme experience in association with
an external agency would be a plus
