Job Description
Senior Project/Program Manager with NV2 x 1 and Senior Project/Program Manager with TSPV x 1 Canberra
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all phases of project planning development and implementation to meet organizational goals.
- Advise on and improve project methodologies to enhance the organisations approach.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of systems development and enhancements.
- Experience in large infrastructure and capability projects is a value ad
- Manage procurement activities to support organisational needs.
- Previous Defence industry experience is a value ad
- Lead large stakeholder groups to ensure business outcomes are achieved.
- Oversee project review processes financial management change control and quality reporting.
- Ensure effective project resourcing in line with priorities.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues.
- Formal qualifications in Project Management Procurement or Finance.
- Active NV2 clearance or TSPV clearance
- Canberra work location
Essential Criteria:

Financial Management (Level 4 SFIA):
- Monitor and maintain financial records for compliance and auditing.
- Assist with financial planning budgeting and reporting.

Organisational Change Management (Level 5 SFIA):
- Develop and implement change management plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Lead and assess change management processes ensuring successful transitions.

Project Management (Level 5 SFIA):
- Lead mediumscale projects from initiation to completion ensuring they stay on track with cost time and quality.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage risks.

Requirements Definition and Management (Level 4 SFIA):
- Define prioritize and manage requirements for mediumsized projects.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met and properly documented.

Stakeholder Relationship Management (Level 5 SFIA):
- Identify stakeholder needs and create strategies for effective communication and engagement.
- Foster open communication and act as the main point of contact between stakeholders.
