ICT Project/Delivery Manager Canberra 6 months 6 months x 3
We are seeking an experienced and resultsdriven ICT Project Manager to lead and deliver complex ICTenabled business projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management governance practices and strategic planning coupled with excellent leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Successfully deliver ICT projects with a proven track record of 5 years of experience ensuring outcomes are achieved on time and within budget.
- Create and enhance fitforpurpose project management documentation templates and governance practices to support the effective delivery of ICT business initiatives.
- Develop monitor and update work plans budgets project plans resource allocation plans work breakdown schedules and agile planning practices (e.g. Scrum and Sprint planning).
- Recruit lead and manage project personnel to deliver business outcomes effectively.
- Communicate with influence both verbally and in writing across a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders negotiating mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Design implement monitor and report on ICT strategic program plans including individual project plans aligned to the needs of business clients and stakeholders.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Relevant qualifications in Information Systems or a related field.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Prince2 PMBOK and Agile delivery frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex and diverse ICT projects with a focus on governance planning and stakeholder engagement.
- Australian Citizen
- Canberra work location
