Job Description: UX Researcher

Department: Research & Development

Reporting Structure: Reports to Head of UX Design

Summary:

Atlantis University is seeking a talented UX Researcher to join our dynamic team. As a UX Researcher you will play a crucial role in helping us understand our users needs and preferences to enhance the overall user experience of our products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research to identify user behaviors motivations and needs
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define research objectives and methodologies
  • Collect and analyze user feedback through surveys interviews and usability testing
  • Translate research findings into actionable insights for product design and development
  • Create user personas journey maps and wireframes to inform design decisions
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in UX research

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in HumanComputer Interaction Psychology or related field
  • Proven experience in conducting user research for digital products or services
  • Proficiency in research methodologies such as usability testing and surveys
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Experience with UX design tools such as Adobe XD or Sketch is a plus
