Department: Research & Development
Reporting Structure: Reports to Head of UX Design
Summary:
Atlantis University is seeking a talented UX Researcher to join our dynamic team. As a UX Researcher you will play a crucial role in helping us understand our users needs and preferences to enhance the overall user experience of our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to identify user behaviors motivations and needs
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define research objectives and methodologies
- Collect and analyze user feedback through surveys interviews and usability testing
- Translate research findings into actionable insights for product design and development
- Create user personas journey maps and wireframes to inform design decisions
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in UX research
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in HumanComputer Interaction Psychology or related field
- Proven experience in conducting user research for digital products or services
- Proficiency in research methodologies such as usability testing and surveys
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience with UX design tools such as Adobe XD or Sketch is a plus
