Job Summary
We seek an experienced Vice President of Marketing to lead and manage worldwide marketing activities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of overseeing product development managing budgets and driving strategic marketing initiatives. This role coordinates crossfunctional teams across marketing engineering sales finance and manufacturing to successfully bring new products to market and expand existing ones. A strong emphasis is placed on market growth customer satisfaction and strategic direction for all product lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the companys strategic plan and corporate goals.
- Analyze sales records research trends and assess market developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with external firms and market groups to determine customer needs and preferences including conducting specialized surveys.
- Work with the sales team to estimate sales potential enhance product applications and improve competitive positioning.
- Participate in sales planning forecasting (shortterm and longterm) and overall strategy development.
- Conduct sales research to monitor current market conditions and emerging trends.
- Serve as the primary liaison with external agencies for marketing economics and business policy matters.
- Manage and develop the marketing team including conducting performance reviews supervising training and fostering career growth.
- Provide strategic direction and oversight for all marketing programs and initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing including experience in technologybased products and markets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- We have demonstrated expertise in budgeting product development and market analysis.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments to align marketing strategies with organizational goals.
