Job Description
- Proposed Duties & Responsibilities:
- To act as backend support to Frontline Manager from order booking to finished goods dispatch.
- Daily dispatch update to customer
- Prepare Overdue Statement and sent reminder to customer for delay in payments
- Prepare Customer Delivery Performance Report
- GIT Report to Accounts
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Dispatch and Maintain Data of Sample.
- Coordinate with internal department and for creation of Customer code.
- To deal with customer queries.
Requirements
