Agrim in a fastgrowing agritech startup building an ondemand B2B Agriinputs marketplace. Agriinputs is a $50bn industry spread across Seeds Agro Chemicals Fertilizers AgroTools and Animal Feed. AGRIM has scaled up rapidly across India with 10% of the overall customer universe already onboarded on the platform. Having closed our Series B round of funding with Tier1 investors we are very well capitalized. Our Founders are IIT/ IIM graduates and exentrepreneurs (with successful exits) and we have also built one of the best startup teams with senior executives from Tier1 education institutes ecommerce companies such as Amazon Hopscotch Policy Bazaar ACKO Udaan etc. and experienced industry professionals from the agriculture sector
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory planning along with Category Managers for the season.
- Inventory budgeting alignment for the season along with Senior management.
- Manage seasonal and nonseasonal sale and liquidation to minimize inventory losses.
- Increase in inventory turns.
- Develop process and strategy to liquidate dead/ non seasonal inventory to free up cash via App and offline network.
- Build offline network to liquidate inventory.
- Develop and implement effective inventory control strategies to optimize stock levels.
- Monitor and analyze inventory performance ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to forecast demand and prevent out of stock or overstock situations.
- Implement wholistic model for inventory liquidation strategy.
- Implementation of SOR model for aligned sellers.
KPIs:
- Inventory turns
- Inventory value > 6 months
- Dead inventory value
- Inventory as % GMV
- Increase in conversion due to inventory purchase/movement
Requirements
- MBA/bachelor s degree from Tier1/2 College
- Prior Experience in management consulting / high growth startups / Early age startups/Operations/Inventory management
- Analytical and Highly Data Oriented with ands on with analytics tools (SQL/Python would be an added advantage)
Personality Aspects:
- Problem solving mindset with an ability to own the problem and get things done.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage stakeholders across different teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Should have drive to deliver .
- Ability to partner with stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies.
NOTE : THIS ROLE IS COMPLETELY WORK FROM OFFICE 6 DAYS A WEEK (MONSAT) IN SECTOR66 GURUGRAM HARYANA.
