Are you an experienced Workday HCM Consultant based in EU looking to take your career to the next level We have an exciting opportunity for you! HighPerfPeople (HPP) an official Workday Advisory Partner is seeking talented Freelance Workday HCM Consultants having experience in one or more of the Workday HCM modules such as Compensation & Benefits Time Tracking & Absence Management Recruiting Talent Management & Performance Learning & Development Reporting Adaptive Planning Extend and Prism Analytics.
As a Freelance Workday HCM Consultant you will work closely with our clients to implement configure and optimize their Workday HCM systems.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Workday HCM Consultant.
Indepth knowledge in one or more of the Workday HCM modules such as Compensation & Benefits Time Tracking & Absence Management Recruiting Talent Management & Performance Learning & Development Reporting Adaptive Planning Extend and Prism Analytics.
Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and client management abilities.
Requirements
Collaborate with clients to understand their HR needs and objectives.
Configure and customize Workday HCM solutions to meet client requirements.
Provide expert guidance on HR best practices and system optimization.
Ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
Offer training and support to endusers.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues as needed.
