The role involves supporting facility management operations across a diverse portfolio of facilities including approximately 300 branches and 30 administrative buildings. The focus is on ensuring the relevance coherence and costeffectiveness of technical choices while adhering to regulatory frameworks and incorporating technological innovations.
The position is part of a team responsible for the management of technical systems including HVAC electrical installations data cabling multimedia fire safety access control systems alarms CCTV and building management systems.

Current Priority Projects
Electrical prestudies for branches are a key focus particularly for projects in Wallonia and Brussels. These studies and associated documentation must be prepared in French and may involve at least one site visit per project.
