Job Description
This is a fulltime onsite role for a Creative Designer based in Lahore at RoshPack. We are looking for someone who is passionate about packaging design loves to innovate and thrives on creative freedom. The Creative Designer will be responsible for developing innovative custom packaging solutions for clients collaborating with customers to ensure their packaging reflects their brand identity and producing internal branding content for RoshPack. The ideal candidate will have full creative freedom to bring their design ideas to life creating standout packaging that resonates with our clients and enhances their products.
- Innovate and create standout packaging designs with full creative freedom ensuring they meet customer requirements and enhance brand presence.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their packaging needs and help them visualize unique tailored solutions.
- Develop engaging internal branding content that aligns with RoshPacks brand identity and objectives.
- Design compelling graphics and web content for marketing and promotional activities.
- Manage the entire design process from concept through to production ensuring highquality results.
- Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align designs with company goals.
Requirements
Qualifications- A passion for innovative packaging design and the ability to think creatively.
- Strong skills in Creative Design and Graphic Design with a focus on packaging and branding.
- Proficiency in Graphics and Web Design.
- Experience in Branding and creating visually compelling designs.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients to bring their packaging ideas to life.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce highquality work.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- A degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or a related field.
