Job Description
Permanent Thomson road 5.5 day
Oversee maintenance and operations for mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems in building facilities.
Supervise internal team members and external contractors.
Collaborate with the facilities team contractors and clients to resolve technical issues.
Attend M&Erelated meetings and prepare reports.
Assist in planning coordinating and controlling M&E works.
Schedule monitor and supervise work progress.
Handle client inquiries.
Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering Building Real Estate Facilities Management or related fields.
- 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance operations
- 5.5day work week.
