This is a remote position.
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM San Jose CA Time (3:00 PM to 10:00 AM Manila Time) with 1 hour unpaid lunch break
Manage and organize Excel spreadsheets for data tracking and reporting.
Create and edit PowerPoint presentations.
Utilize Go High Level to manage tasks workflows and client information.
Set up basic automations within Go High Level (preferred but not required).
Respond to and manage business emails in a timely and professional manner.
Assist with social media tasks including collecting data from LinkedIn and posting prescripted content.
Help make social posts active and engaging across relevant platforms.
Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as managing accounts payable/receivable and maintaining financial records.
Previous experience working with CRM systems (Go High Level experience is a plus).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with basic social media tasks and LinkedIn data gathering.
Basic knowledge of bookkeeping processes.
