Job Description
We re seeking a detailoriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to play a crucial role in our client s coaching platform operations. In this position you ll be at the heart of client management and platform administration ensuring smooth daytoday operations and supporting business growth. You ll work directly with the founder and marketing lead handling a variety of tasks that keep the business running efficiently. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain handson experience with leadingedge coaching tools and platforms while developing your skills in client management digital administration and business operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage new client onboarding and tracking through Kajabi platform
- Monitor and process ongoing membership renewals to ensure client retention
- Upload and organize coaching recordings and notes into Kajabi
- Handle customer inquiries and support through dedicated email channels
- Perform various administrative tasks including spreadsheet management and blog updates
- Assist with communication between the company and external content editing services
- Maintain accurate and uptodate client records
- Support marketing initiatives by managing content updates and distribution
- Collaborate with the core team to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
Requirements
- Proficiency in Kajabi or similar learning management systems; experience with High Level CRM is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English
- Proactive problemsolving skills and ability to work independently
- Familiarity with basic office software (spreadsheets word processing email management)
- Experience in customer service or client relations preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment
- Passion for personal development and the coaching industry
- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with a USbased team
- Minimum availability of 20 hours per week with flexibility in scheduling
