Shift Coverage: 3 days of clinic 1 day in OR 1 day of procedures in clinic.

Shift Schedule: MonFri; 8a5p (with 1 hr lunch)

2 weeks per month/Fulltime

Call Schedule: Nights; 5p8a & Sat/Sun; 24hr call

Patient Volume: 20 per day (clinic)

No. of Procedures: 1015 per week

No. of Surgeries in OR: 3 or 4 per day

Support Staff: 1 PA

Other Physician in Practice: No other MDs

Special Procedures: Inclinic vasectomy & OP infant circumcision (not required)

No. of Beds: 99

EMR: Cerner

Other Info:

No robotics; Acute Care Hospital.

Disposable flexible stethoscopes available.

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active AZ License or IMLC

BC/BE

DEA

At least 1 yr of experience

COVID & Flu Vaccination/Medical or Religious Exemptions
