Job Description

This is a remote position.

Hospitality Spotlight is searching for a Hotel Director of Revenue Strategy on behalf of our client a toptier property on the West Coast.


The Role:

As a key leader you will:

  • Drive Revenue Management efforts including distribution revenue optimization digital marketing reservations and analysis.

  • Identify new revenue opportunities and craft innovative strategies to maximize potential.

  • Provide detailed daily weekly and monthly reporting.

  • Optimize and expand distribution partnerships.

  • Challenge and influence the hotel team to elevate service levels and operational standards.

  • Build and maintain strong collaborative working relationships.

  • Travel to the property monthly.

What You Bring:

  • 5 years of experience as a Director of Revenue implementing effective revenue management operations and strategies.

  • A proven ability to reposition hotels and implement creative solutions to drive success.

  • Expertise in group transient and corporate revenue management.

  • Handson experience with independent and luxury/upscale hotels.

  • A Bachelor s degree and a strong track record of leadership.

  • Exceptional interpersonal adaptive influencing and supervisory skills.

  • Knowledge of online hotel reservation systems and revenue management systems.

  • Awareness of current economic trends within the hospitality industry.

Compensation:

  • $115k$130k with bonus potential of up to 30%.

  • Health benefits 401k PTO

The Hospitality Spotlight Team

- 5 to 7 years of experience implementing revenue management operations, procedures and best practices within a hotel environment - Worked with independent and luxury/upscale hotels - Developed and deployed new strategies - Experience repositioning a hotel - Maintain knowledge of current economic conditions within the hospitality industry - Experience with property revenue management with a focus on group, transient, and corporate - Bachelor s degree - Must possess a track record of successful leadership - Developed interpersonal, adaptive influencing and supervisory management skills - Knowledge of online hotel reservation systems and revenue management systems + - Additional duties as required by role

Education

Hotel Management Degree preferred
