Job Description:
We are seeking a detailoriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to manage and execute weekly and monthly payrolls accurately and efficiently. This role ensures compliance with all relevant payroll laws and regulations while maintaining the highest standard of confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process weekly and monthly payrolls for employees ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain and update employee records including deductions taxes and benefits.
- Handle payrollrelated inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure compliance with legal and company policies for payroll operations.
- Generate payroll reports and provide insights for management when required.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to support employee compensation processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing both weekly and monthly payrolls.
- Familiarity with payroll software and tools.
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations and tax laws.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and handle queries.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under strict deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with international payroll systems.
- Background in HR or accounting is a plus.
