Minimum 15years of exp in Factory Administration Plant Administration.

- Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance the industrial complexs public image.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including local communities government officials and media.
- Organize and participate in community engagement activities to foster positive relationships
- Ensure the smooth functioning of the physical infrastructure including buildings utilities and equipment.
- Oversee maintenance and repair activities to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
- Implement safety protocols and regulations to create a secure working environment.
- Streamline administrative processes and workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Manage office supplies equipment and services to support daily operations.
- Implement and maintain effective recordkeeping and documentation systems.
- Oversee security measures to protect the industrial complex from unauthorized access and potential threats.
- Implement and maintain surveillance systems to monitor key areas within the facility.
- Ensure compliance with local state and federal regulations governing industrial operations.
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies to obtain and maintain necessary permits and certifications.
- Keep abreast of changes in regulations and update internal policies accordingly.
- Develop and manage budgets for administrative and facilityrelated expenses.
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize costeffectiveness.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
- Facilitate effective communication between different departments within the industrial complex.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees to address concerns and convey important information.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans to handle unforeseen situations.
- Conduct regular drills to ensure that employees are well prepared for emergencies.
- Implement and promote environmentally sustainable practices within the industrial complex.
- Identify opportunities for energy efficiency and waste reduction.
- Support HR functions related to employee onboarding attendance and leave management.
- Assist in organizing training programs and workshops for staff development.
- Implement policies and procedures related to employee conduct and workplace behavior
Bachelor s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in the rolling stock industry, with a focus on metro systems. Proven expertise in rolling stock systems, including brakes, HVAC, and couplers. Familiarity with Train Control and Management Systems (TCMS), signalling, and telecom systems preferred.
