This is a remote position.
Lead and manage a team of at least 5 sales agents to achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
Oversee the daily activities and performance of the sales team.
Train and mentor sales agents providing guidance and feedback.
Manage and optimize the use of CRM tools to track sales and customer engagement.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and address challenges.
Coordinate with marketing and other departments to create effective sales campaigns.
Set sales goals track progress and report results to senior management.
Handle key customer accounts and participate in closing strategic opportunities.
Ensure the team adheres to company policies procedures and sales best practices.
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
Proven experience as a Senior Sales Supervisor or similar leadership role in sales.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Extensive experience in sales strategy planning and execution.
Proficient in CRM software and sales management tools.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Ability to work in a fastpaced and competitive environment.
Commitment to continuous learning and improvement in sales techniques and trends.
Highly Regarded Skills and Experience:
Experience in leading sales teams in a remote or virtual environment.
Advanced training or certification in sales or related fields.
Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
Experience in developing and conducting sales training programs.
Indepth knowledge of the industry and market trends.
Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.
Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
