Job Overview

As an Inbound Call Representative you will be the primary touchpoint for customers managing and distributing inbound calls while ensuring a seamless and professional experience. You will interact with new and existing customers as well as thirdparty partners addressing a variety of inquiries with clarity and efficiency. Your role involves providing accurate information maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and upholding the highest standards of customer service in a timely and professional manner.

Shift: 10:00am6:00pm MK Time
Work Setup: Onsite Skopje

Tasks That Speak Volumes
  • Provide exemplary customer service by managing customer inquiries effectively aiming for firstcall resolution inhouse or escalating to the appropriate external department.
  • Disseminate accurate product and program information in accordance with established call scripts FAQ responses and training updates.
  • Communicate messages consistently and effectively evaluating calls and escalating them to external departments when necessary.
  • Manage assigned project work promptly including call handling aftercall documentation and related tasks such as endofday reports and call trackers.
  • Gather relevant customer information and document interactions in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems or escalation forms.
  • Collaborate with team members supervisors and clients to share suggestions address technical issues and promote best practices.
  • Remain calm under pressure while handling challenging calls.
