Job Description
As a Sales Development Representative you ll respond to customer inquiries prepare detailed quotations and visuals and identify upselling opportunities all with a customerfirst mindset. Working closely with crossfunctional teams you ll ensure that every interaction is accurate informed and engaging. Youll maintain product knowledge and meet targets by tracking leads and collaborating with sales procurement and marketing teams to maximize potential on every lead.

- Conduct factfinding conversations to understand customer needs.
- Prepare accurate detailed quotations and visuals based on customer requirements.
- Upsell and crosssell recommending bestselling products and pricing options.
- Maintain accuracy in quoting item selection supplier choice and markup.
- Proactively build customer accounts by converting leads and managing objections.
- Stay updated on product and supplier offerings including pricing and trends.
- Track quotation metrics to meet or exceed targets.
- Collaborate with sales procurement and marketing teams for optimal lead potential.
Requirements

Proven experience in a sales or customer service role preferably within a related industry
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple quotations simultaneously
Proficient in using quotation and CRM software with the ability to quickly learn new systems
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with customers and internal stakeholders
Strong numerical aptitude and analytical thinking to ensure accurate pricing and markup
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team with strong task prioritization in a fastpaced environment

Solid understanding of sales techniques and methodologies
